자금세탁방지 및 고객확인 정책

주식회사 티티엘(이하 "회사")은 「특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "특정금융정보법"), 「범죄수익은닉의 규제 및 처벌 등에 관한 법률」, 「공중 등 협박목적 및 대량살상무기확산을 위한 자금조달행위의 금지에 관한 법률」 및 관련 규정의 취지에 따라, 회사의 서비스가 자금세탁 및 테러자금조달에 이용되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 다음과 같이 자금세탁방지 및 고객확인 정책(이하 "본 정책")을 수립·공개합니다.
제1조 (목적)
본 정책은 회사가 제공하는 서비스와 관련하여 자금세탁(Money Laundering) 및 테러자금조달(Terrorist Financing)을 예방·탐지·차단하기 위한 회사의 내부 기준과 절차를 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (적용 범위)
- 본 정책은 회사의 모든 임직원 및 회사가 제공하는 모든 서비스와 거래에 적용됩니다.
- 회사와 거래하는 모든 고객(개인 및 법인)은 본 정책에 따른 고객확인 절차에 협조하여야 합니다.
제3조 (용어의 정의)
- 자금세탁(ML): 범죄행위로 취득한 자금의 출처를 은닉·가장하여 합법적인 자산으로 위장하는 행위
- 테러자금조달(TF): 공중 등 협박목적을 위한 자금 또는 대량살상무기 확산을 위한 자금을 모집·제공·운반·보관하는 행위
- 고객확인(KYC/CDD): 고객의 신원을 확인·검증하고 거래 목적 및 자금 출처를 파악하는 절차
- 강화된 고객확인(EDD): 자금세탁 위험이 높은 고객 또는 거래에 대하여 추가 정보를 확인하는 절차
- 의심거래보고(STR): 자금세탁 등이 의심되는 거래를 금융정보분석원(KoFIU)에 보고하는 것
제4조 (고객확인 절차)
회사는 다음의 경우 고객확인을 수행합니다.
- 고객과 계속적 거래관계(서비스 계약 등)를 수립하는 경우
- 일회성 거래로서 거래 금액이 회사 내부 기준을 초과하는 경우
- 고객이 자금세탁 또는 테러자금조달을 하고 있다고 의심할 만한 합당한 근거가 있는 경우
- 기존에 확인한 고객 정보의 진위나 적정성에 의심이 있는 경우

제5조 (강화된 고객확인)
회사는 다음에 해당하는 고객 또는 거래에 대하여 거래의 목적과 자금의 원천 등을 추가로 확인하는 강화된 고객확인을 수행할 수 있습니다.
- 자금세탁 고위험 국가·지역과 관련된 고객 또는 거래
- 외국의 정치적 주요 인물(PEPs) 및 그 가족·측근
- 거래 규모·형태가 통상적인 수준을 현저히 벗어나는 거래
- 기타 회사가 자금세탁 위험이 높다고 판단하는 고객 또는 거래
제6조 (거래 거절 및 종료)
회사는 고객이 신원확인 정보의 제공을 거부하거나 자료를 제출하지 않는 등 고객확인을 수행할 수 없는 경우, 해당 고객과의 신규 거래를 거절하거나 이미 수립된 거래관계를 종료할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (제재 대상 확인)
회사는 UN 안전보장이사회 결의, 금융위원회 고시 등에 따른 금융거래 제한대상자 및 국내외 제재 목록(Sanctions List)에 해당하는 고객과는 거래하지 않으며, 거래 과정에서 제재 대상 해당 여부가 확인되는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 조치합니다.
제8조 (거래 모니터링 및 의심거래보고)
- 회사는 고객의 거래를 지속적으로 모니터링하여 비정상적이거나 의심스러운 거래를 탐지하기 위해 노력합니다.
- 자금세탁 또는 테러자금조달이 의심되는 합당한 근거가 있는 거래를 발견한 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
- 임직원은 의심거래 보고 사실 및 그 내용을 고객 등 외부에 누설하지 않습니다.
제9조 (기록 보존)
회사는 고객확인 기록, 거래 기록 및 의심거래 보고 관련 자료를 거래관계 종료일(또는 거래 발생일)로부터 5년간 보존합니다. 기록의 보존 및 파기는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 회사의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
제10조 (내부 통제 및 교육)
- 회사는 자금세탁방지 업무를 총괄하는 책임자를 지정하여 운영합니다.
- 회사는 임직원을 대상으로 자금세탁방지 관련 교육을 실시하고, 본 정책의 이행 여부를 주기적으로 점검합니다.

제11조 (정책의 변경)
본 정책은 2026년 8월 3일부터 적용되며, 법령·규정 또는 내부 방침의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 개정 시 시행 7일 전부터 웹사이트 공지를 통하여 고지합니다.
Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer Policy

TTL Inc. (the "Company") establishes and discloses this Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy (this "Policy") in accordance with the purpose of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information of the Republic of Korea, the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds Concealment, the Act on Prohibition against the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, and related regulations, in order to prevent the Company's services from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Policy is to set forth the Company's internal standards and procedures for preventing, detecting, and blocking money laundering and terrorist financing in connection with the services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Scope of Application)
- This Policy applies to all officers and employees of the Company and to all services and transactions provided by the Company.
- All customers (individuals and corporations) transacting with the Company shall cooperate with the customer identification procedures under this Policy.
Article 3 (Definitions)
- Money Laundering (ML): The act of concealing or disguising the origin of funds obtained through criminal activity to make them appear legitimate.
- Terrorist Financing (TF): The act of collecting, providing, transporting, or storing funds for the purpose of public intimidation or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
- Know Your Customer / Customer Due Diligence (KYC/CDD): Procedures for identifying and verifying a customer's identity and understanding the purpose of transactions and the source of funds.
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Procedures for verifying additional information regarding customers or transactions with a high risk of money laundering.
- Suspicious Transaction Report (STR): Reporting transactions suspected of money laundering or similar activity to the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU).
Article 4 (Customer Due Diligence Procedures)
The Company conducts customer due diligence in the following cases:
- When establishing an ongoing business relationship with a customer (such as a service contract);
- When a one-time transaction exceeds the Company's internal thresholds;
- When there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a customer is engaged in money laundering or terrorist financing;
- When there is doubt as to the authenticity or adequacy of previously obtained customer information.

Article 5 (Enhanced Due Diligence)
The Company may perform enhanced due diligence, including additional verification of the purpose of the transaction and the source of funds, for the following customers or transactions:
- Customers or transactions related to high-risk countries or jurisdictions for money laundering;
- Foreign politically exposed persons (PEPs) and their family members or close associates;
- Transactions whose size or pattern significantly deviates from ordinary levels;
- Any other customers or transactions the Company determines to present a high risk of money laundering.
Article 6 (Refusal and Termination of Transactions)
If customer due diligence cannot be performed — for example, where a customer refuses to provide identification information or fails to submit required documents — the Company may refuse to enter into a new transaction with the customer or terminate an existing business relationship.
Article 7 (Sanctions Screening)
The Company does not transact with customers designated as restricted parties under UN Security Council resolutions, notifications of the Korean Financial Services Commission, or other domestic and international sanctions lists. If a customer is found to be a sanctioned party during the course of a transaction, the Company will take measures in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 8 (Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Transaction Reporting)
- The Company endeavors to continuously monitor customer transactions to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
- Upon discovering a transaction with reasonable grounds for suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, the Company will take necessary measures without delay in accordance with applicable laws.
- Officers and employees shall not disclose the fact or contents of a suspicious transaction report to the customer or any other external party.
Article 9 (Record Retention)
The Company retains customer due diligence records, transaction records, and materials related to suspicious transaction reports for five (5) years from the date of termination of the business relationship (or the date of the transaction). The retention and destruction of records shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Internal Controls and Training)
- The Company designates and operates an officer responsible for overseeing anti-money laundering matters.
- The Company provides AML training to its officers and employees and periodically reviews compliance with this Policy.

Article 11 (Amendments to this Policy)
This Policy takes effect on August 3, 2026, and may be amended in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or internal policies. Amendments will be announced on the website at least seven (7) days prior to their effective date.
This English version is provided for reference. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
